Worldwide Shipping

VEYSTRIDE offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Available shipping options and any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, most packages arrive within approximately 3–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country or region
  • Local carrier operations
  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods
  • Weather or other unexpected events

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Order-processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery information carefully before placing your order. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays or Delivery Issues

Occasional delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we become aware of an unexpected delay or delivery issue, we will notify you promptly and assist with tracking your package.

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment.
